Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Ian, founder of PageTest.AI. When Google Optimize shut down, I went searching for a simple, affordable way to test website copy—without paying enterprise prices or needing a dev team. I couldn’t find it… so I built it. PageTest.AI lets you A/B and multivariate test headlines, CTAs, and on-page copy using AI-generated suggestions. No code. No complexity. Just data-backed results—like a recent test showing a 297% increase in button clicks 🤯 We built this to be fast, fun, and actually useful for marketers, founders, and SEO/CRO pros. And yes, there’s a free forever plan with 10,000 test impressions/month. Would love your feedback and thoughts—happy to answer any questions below! 🙌 — Ian

@ian_naylor love the no-code approach here—it reminds me of what Optimizely offered years back, but without the enterprise price tag (and now with AI in the mix)

Thanks for the comment@werner_geyser - you hit the nail on the head. As a founder of multiple start-ups, A/B testing of core content and CTAs has always been a big part of my on-page SEO. I was gutted when Google Optimize closed, whilst limit in functionality, it provided a nice and free way of doing content tests.

I felt there was a big gap between this free tool and the enterprise solutions, hopefully we're giving the best of both, free/affordable, but with unparalleled AI automation and no-code ease of use.

@werner_geyser its free to use, 10k tests per month, is this something you would use? If you'd like a demo, or have any other questions, please reach out.

Love that you built this based on a personal need! Makes a lot of sense to have an AI alternative to Optimize, I've actually been waiting for something like this... Would love to try it out once we add extension support to Strawberry.

Thanks for launching Optimize alternative. Gonna test it soon.

Love this! Lately I've been grappling with AI Content in the age of AI Engagement. A lot of new products are missing some kind of measurement tool.

I like the no-code A/B testing! Helps optimize easily. 😄

Hey Ian — love the clarity and the “built it because it didn’t exist” origin story. Your post is already super clean and approachable. Here's a lightly refined version that keeps your tone but punches up the value and flow just a bit:
