As a product coach, I'm always grappling with critiquing "pitch" reports and enhancing my PMs' skills. This involves watching all the videos, providing feedback in a lengthy list, making it necessary for them to revisit the video and try to match each feedback to the exact minute, which can be quite challenging, right?
Well, I gave Pactto a try, and within a few minutes, I sent them 8 video feedbacks without having to write anything. They appreciated the level of detail in the feedback, and I was able to streamline this aspect of my job. I also recommended it to other friends who coach in UI and Photography/Filmmaking. I believe we can significantly enhance the effectiveness of our feedback process.

The idea for Pactto started with surfing coaches wanting a way to better communicate feedback to students and we found that once it was in people's hands, the folks who ALSO really loved it were video editors, content creators, and designers who didn't feel that the more generic screen recorders were giving them the tools they wanted, so enter Pactto. the demo video is impressive, I didn't try the app but I am concerned it would be difficult to learn how to use effectively and well. Seems very complicated and that it would take time to learn it, but potentially it is worth it.
@konrad_gnat thank you for the feedback, Konrad. We are building it super close to our users, and we tried really really hard to simplify complexity with simple but powerful workflows. I'd love to hear more about your experience when trying to use the product. The whole goal is to partner with the community and shape it to be the product you guys love. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and concerns. We will double down on onboarding to minimize any challenges users might have.
