@simon_lau3 I am definitively biased but have been loving how Otter Chat saves me time and makes sure I don't miss anything from meetings. My favorite questions so far are:
"Summarize the meeting into key topics, add a timestamp for each topic, and summarize each topic into 3-5 bullet points."
"Draft an email summary of the meeting listing out specific action items and who they are assigned to."
Such a time saver.
Otter Chat is awesome for creating quick follow up emails thanking clients for their time, reviewing what was discussed, and creating an agenda for a follow up a call. If I have a follow up call with a client I will go to my Otter Chat from my last call with that client and ask "What were the most important topics on this call" to get a quick and succinct list of everything I discussed with that client to prep for the follow up meeting.
