We first started Orbital because we felt that most existing remote communication tools were overwhelming, hard to learn, or just plain boring. Being on camera all day left us feeling burnt out and exhausted. Slack is great for asynchronous communication, but it fails at sparking the spontaneous conversations and watercooler chats that fuel innovation.

Congrats on the launch of v2! Remote teams need better tools to connect, not just transact. Love what Orbital v2 promises!
I refer people to Orbital all the time! Last week I referred an office of tax folks who are going remote, but still need that social and informal communication more than a few chats per day.
