Hi Todd! Opertivo looks awesome, exactly what small biz owners need! Got a couple of questions - how customizable are the financial analysis reports? And does it integrate with popular accounting software? Also, what's the pricing structure? Thanks and good luck with the launch!
@lucasbenjaminfoster1 Hey, Olivia! Thank you so much for the comment! The reports are super customizable. Each business has different drivers and we try to be creative in getting that data. For the most part, users have kept good records and we've been able to analyze that data to help build KPIs and reports that help them understand the drivers in their businesses. But sometimes, businesses haven't tracked key metrics such as customers/day, employee retention, etc., and is a challenge we've been trying to solve. The silver lining is that we've been helping these businesses understand that they should be tracking some metrics that they previously never even thought of. We help them build out that tracking capability (mostly in Excel for now)!
Currently, there are no integrations but I am manually importing data and have built my importing function based on data dumps from QuickBooks, Xero, and FreshBooks so it's an easy process for me.
Lastly, we have a monthly tiered pricing structure based on revenue. Right now it's only one seat, because we've found that even with startups with multiple co-founders, there is typically one founder who is more involved in business operations than the others, and most of the businesses we've interviewed/currently use Opertivo are solo founders.
