@toddg777 @darynakulya Hi, I'm in Malaysia - I downloaded the app on my iPhone, and for some reason I can't get pass the SMS verification code screen - although I received the SMS, putting it in and pressing the button takes me nowhere.

OpenPhone is an incredible product for two reasons: 1) It opens up a completely new channel for customer service that has previously been clunky/hard to manage as a team. We can now effectively use texting as a way to reach our customers while keeping everyone on the team aware of the latest communication. 2) At the same time, it gives our team members a new, work number that they can use without having to have a second phone with a different SIM card, etc. They love having that separation, and not having to either use their personal number or have a work phone just for work calls/texts.
