Hey All!
➡️ OpenCopilot is the next-generation user assistant for your product. OpenCopilot can answer your users' questions, connect to your product knowledge bases, take actions on behalf of the user, and automate boring flows.
➡️ It's like Siri for your product, except it is powered by GenAI and can understand even complex user questions and execute them seamlessly on your product.
(Pssst: it's also open source with over 4500 stars on GitHub!)
❌ Before, you used to:
- Spend a lot of time on backoffice/admin tasks and flows
✅ With OpenCopilot:
- Explain your flow, and OpenCopilot will automate it, faster than anything on the market (including GPT actions), It's like Zapier but for your internal product flows.
─────
❌ Before, you used to:
Ask your engineers to make certain flows in your product faster and easier for your users.
✅ With OpenCopilot:
No need for engineering input; the copilot will take the user request and intelligently call the needed APIs. Some of our customers managed to reduce 2-hour flows to just a few minutes. It's like Zapier but for your internal product flows – plus, with AI.
─────
❌ Before, you used to:
- Set up screen replay tools to understand how your users use your product.
✅ With OpenCopilot:
- You can see exactly what hidden flows your users are executing in your product because they are asking OpenCopilot to do them.
─────
❌ Before, your users used to:
- Read the help center articles to understand how feature X works - and worst case scenario they churn because of the learning curve
✅ With OpenCopilot:
- They can ask the copilot to just go ahead and do it for them! For example, they can ask, "Please double-check the inventory in my account. If any of the items are near expiration, put them on a 10% discount." So, there's no need to learn how to use the inventory, which leads to higher feature adoption.
──────────
So, once OpenCopilot is integrated into your product, it will help your users by taking action, unlocking new flows, giving advice, and connecting with your other tools such as customer support and CRM tools.
Thanks to the open-source community, OpenCopilot can be reliably used in your product. We are used by small products, Series B companies, and even publicly listed companies integrating OpenCopilot.

@ikbenbasha Congratulations on the launch of OpenCopilot! As the next-generation user assistant for your product, it can answer user questions, connect to product knowledge bases, take actions, and automate mundane tasks. A leap forward in user assistance and efficiency!
LLM integrations like this are the future of UX.
Great work and thanks for making it open-source, I will definitely be checking out the codebase!
My only thought is that maybe "Siri, but for your own product" isn't the best branding b/c most consumers don't have an overwhelmingly positive association with Siri. Especially when compared to more modern AI's.
This one deserves to be higher on today's leaderboard!
I love that it's open-source. I'm wondering whether voice is fully implemented. We've spent months thinking whether to develop our own assisstant, but it took us many resources. This could potentially make up for it. UI is clean and minimalist (like it a lot). Congrats to the team!
"Siri for your own product" is short selling OpenCopilot a little bit, as it can do other things like chatbot 🙂
Does OpenCopilot support mobile apps, as in can I build an Android app and use OpenCopilot for my AI voice assistant?
Congrats on the launch! 🚀
