The New Opal — Real focus in real-time, with iOS 16 Screen Time API

@britt_joiner not sure it's possible with Opal but I find an allow-list approach the best. With focusbear.io, you can allow "studio.youtube.com" and all other sites are blocked (including regular Youtube).
@britt_joiner Thanks for writing! With Opal the entire app disapears but we encourage you to take "breaks" which are short times to make to apps reappear on a timer; so you can be very intentional about the way you use it for example "5 min on YouTube to post this video".
Just updated my phone to IO16 and here is the first app I will install. Congrats for trying to make all of us less addict :)

Opal will remove apps from your phone and desktop while you’re focusing, and you can always take a break to bring them back temporarily.

Beautiful app guys, we need this type of tools to remeber us that the screen-time is something to which we have to keep an eye on. Too much people waste so much time on their smartphones doing nothing. Congrats!
