Put your most important task or goal in the menu bar. Its presence there will help remind you without being annoying. The app is free and requires macOS 12.3 or later.
Hey. I initialy made this in a single day as a challenge (I'm kinda obsessed about menu bar apps). I made it to help myself focus on a single task at the time, as I get easily distracted. The intention is to put an important task or goal in the menu bar, where it's always visible. However, you can of course put anything there. The app is scriptable. For example, some users have used it to show the next todo item from Things. Another user used it to show their blood sugar level.

I'm happy to receive feedback either here or through the feedback button in the app.
If you really have only one major goal to be accomplished in a day, do you need to be reminded of it? This is suggestive of a solution in need of a problem.
@sumitkishore You don't have one goal per day. You have many goals, but humans work best when they focus on a single thing at the time. So you pick the most important thing and put it in the menu bar, so it's there to constantly remind you. It's easy to get distracted. When you are done with the goal, you put the next one there. Try it out. The app may seem like a gimmick, but it has helped me and many others get better at finishing difficult tasks.
