I manage a 12-person web development agency. This solution works very well for our early planning phases and gives us a visual way to plan according to our process, which is: Sitemap > Estimate > Page Content Sections > Design. We adopted it as soon as we found it and have been very happy with it. It's also helped me to be more realistic with estimating projects. I create one sitemap for the estimate and the sections are used to identify specific functionality, custom design work, and copywriting on a page by page basis. I think this makes it more accurate and I'm less likely to leave something out. Keep up the good work!!
