Notion Scrum — An easy-to-use Scrum board that replaces Jira on Notion

Amazing; I tried to do this myself a couple years ago, and it's great to see someone take it all the way!

Hey Product Hunters, I’m Maëliss, Product Manager at a french MedTech startup. 👋 I work with the Scrum methodology, and last year we were using Azure Dev Ops for managing our backlog and Task board. But one day, we collectively decided to change the tools to a more intuitive and optimized one. At the same time, our startup was transitioning to Notion, and as a Notion fan, I knew it could be the perfect tool. 👉 So @henrard and I challenged ourselves to build our own Scrum dashboard! Here is the list of Must-have, this dashboard needed to check: - A comprehensive and clean board for tasks monitoring - A backlog where I could filter, organize, and plan my sprints - A link between Sprints and User Stories, for planning and reporting. - A tracking and display of Sprint velocity (sum of Story Points done). - Complete User Stories with Owner, ID, images, comments, notifications... - The notion of Epics to build my roadmap at different levels of precision With a little Notion tweak, we built it, and after a few weeks, my team and I were satisfied with this template. 💯 So we decided to put it on Gumroad and share it with others notion lovers and scrum enthusiasts. After a year of improving it, thanks to the feedback of the companies that used it, and incorporating the new features of Notion, here’s the V2. 🥳 I hope you will like it! Maëliss
