I’ve been watching Notably for a while now and the power it has to help teams do better, more research makes it a must have tool for anyone in a research, design, or product role. The platform itself helps visual and written learners easily track and make sense of messy data. This is especially useful when you’re doing any sort of 0-1 building across any industry, or doing a deep dive into better understanding something thorny. The team behind Notably is in this for the long haul is is shipping new updates to the platform on a daily basis. And, as you might imagine, they’re super open to feedback and love to hear from users! Signing up now and checking it out will give you a new superpower - I highly encourage you to give it a try!
Brittany Fuller
Thanks for sharing @mattbilotti! And yes, exactly! We are especially inspired by helping product teams understand thorny problems and make better decisions. Thankful for all your early feedback and support! 🙏

We've been trying Notably for design research and I'm really impressed. The product solves a much-needed need—particularly in the day of remote collaboration—for aggregating, synthesizing, and interpreting research findings. Not only that, but the product team is extremely responsive and helpful. They've already fulfilled several feature improvement requests I and others have made. I definitely recommend Notably and can't wait to continue using it with my team!
Allison Grayce
@tannerc Tanner, we are so pumped to have you on board as a customer at Notably. You have been so generous with your feedback and so spot on with the direction we're growing the product. Thank you for the comment and support!
Taylor Palmer

Hi PH! 👋 And thank you @chrismessina for the hunt. Allison here, CDO of Notably. Along with CEO @bamariefuller, we co-founded Notably with a mission to make research a part of every day work. As founders and makers, we know how tough it is to build great products. Innovation is hard. We’ve experienced product initiatives that failed or never saw the light of day. The problem is even bigger than just the financial cost of software failures or waste, which is about $1 trillion a year. There’s a personal cost as well. It’s demoralizing to create products people don’t want or need. And while it’s easier than ever to ship solutions, it’s harder than ever for research and learning to keep pace. 10 years ago, problems worth solving were everywhere. Now, problems are more complex & nuanced, and customers have a higher bar than ever for user experience. All this makes research and the ability to learn a unique competitive advantage. We set out to create a solution that would make research more accessible and always on inside an organization. We tackle that messy middle part of analysis in a totally new way, baking in research frameworks & best practices to uncover meaningful insights. After 3 months of building, researching, and acting on beta feedback, we’re proud to officially drop the “beta” and introduce Notably to the world. Today we have over 1k people using Notably to: 💻 Centralize historical and active research projects in a repository 👀 Track research participants across projects over time ✨ Analyze qualitative data as data-driven sticky notes & in a table 📣 Create and share research findings as insights This is just the beginning. We have an exciting vision ahead for how we can shake things up in the research space and close the gap between people doing the research and people using it. We’re grateful for your feedback, which we know will make Notably even better. Thank you!

@bamariefuller @allisongrayce man, I wish this kind of solution existed when I was at Google. This looks so useful!
Brittany Fuller
Excited for launch day today. Thanks for hunting us @chrismessina! 🙏
Robert Nold
Very innovative product. Our organization used notably.ai during out "Community Conversations" event to capture, organize, and synthesize input from our city residents on policy discussions. Grouping the comments into themes was simple and efficient. Awesome product. Good luck!
Allison Grayce
@robert_nold Thanks so much for the comment! We loved learning about how your team is using Notably to organize conversations from constituents! Such a meaningful and important use case for the product. Would love to see the outcome from the study!
Eric Sharpe
It’s the all-in-one solution I need as a product marketer. It solves my problems without having to setup and hook together random apps to support my customer interviews and documenting quantitative/qualitative results.
Allison Grayce
@sharpey Eric, love hearing about how you've used Notably as a product marketer! We started with a pretty focused vision on how to solve for people doing research in product experience and have been pleasantly surprised and inspired to see how much bigger and more applicable this solution is to market and brand experience. Thank you so much for the comment!
Brittany Fuller
@sharpey Thanks for the kind words Eric! We're stoked to have you as a customer and to be helping out with the research you are all are doing. Always appreciate the feedback!
Laura Maxwell
I've been loving Notably so far. As a product marketer who conducts lots of research interviews, it can be really difficult to pull out nuggets and analyze all the feedback in a coordinated fashion. I love how Notably transcribes my Zoom recordings and makes it really easy to highlight the best nuggets. Analyzing all those nuggets into cohesive themes and insights is super easy and the platform is really flexible. I love the tagging features and the ability to keep track of the participants really easily, too! Allison and Brittany are stellar and so thoughtful with my feedback as well.
Allison Grayce
@laura_maxwell Thank you for the comment and continued support from the Beam team over the months as one of our very first customers! We have loved hearing your experience and feedback. It's made a big and direct improvement on the product so keep it coming!
Ash Oliver
Congrats Notably team! Excited to see what's ahead! 👏👏👏
Allison Grayce
@ash_oliverrr Thanks Ash! Lots of exciting things on the horizon we are super excited to share with the UX community.

@allisongrayce @bamariefuller @sergeyavdyakov @kateerogers @tampajohn1 @pdavids Hey, what is the purpose of sending emails without an unsubscribe link? "PS: If you don't want to hear from me anymore, just let me know". No, you should put an unsubscribe link. Also, there is no delete account option.
Johannes Pittgens
Love this! @allisongrayce Do you integrate with product management tools like Productboard?
Allison Grayce
@johannes_pittgens Thanks for the comment, Johannes. We don't integrate with any pm tools quite yet and are carefully considering where and how that happens in the experience, but integrations are definitely on the roadmap. Curious to know more about a specific use case to help inform some of these discussions!
Johannes Pittgens
@allisongrayce Cool! For me it would be great to transfer the insights over to productboard (PB). If the link between the insight in PB and Notably is maintained so that PMs can go back for context that would be amazing.
Shivi Jalota
super useful ! congrats guys
Allison Grayce
@shivi_jalota Thanks for the comment Shivi! We hope you'll give Notably a try for your upcoming research.
Brittany Fuller
@shivi_jalota thanks Shivi! Let us know if we can help with anything or if you have any questions about Notably.
Helery Pops
Nobody should build products based on personal hypothesis. Notably is so good at making sure you actually build what your customers need. Thank you!
Allison Grayce
@helery_pops Helery, thank you so much for the comment. And completely agree- we want to make it so easy and fun to do research that it's a no brainer to go out and talk to customers before acting on any hypotheses. We're proud to be backed by Honey Badger Capital & just love how passionate you are about the space. 🍯 💜
Brittany Fuller
@helery_pops we love your appreciation for customer discovery and listening to customer problems. Thanks for all the support... in many more ways than one! We're thankful to have you on this journey with us. ❤️
Natalya Kim
Interesting! Congrats on the launch!
Rachel Krause
I got a chance to use an early version of Notably and really love the workflows baked into the product. Research analysis is messy and Notably gives you space to brainstorm, move things around, and track your insights, all in the same place. The team that's building it, led by @allisongrayce and @bamariefuller, are phenomenal and truly want to make a product that's useful. Researchers creating a research product — you love to see it!
Allison Grayce
@bamariefuller @rachelkrau Rachel, thank you! To this day we still bring up some of the things we learned from you in those early conversations. We appreciate the support and encouragement you've generously given us! We can't wait to catch up with you soon!
