@saasdesigner Just like Luke said, our inbox is definitely a beloved feature -- you can sync social media DMs with SMS replies and email, all in one place, all linked up to your address book where you can track individual user journeys & analytics. Aside from that, our landing page builder is our shining star -- it's where everything comes together (links, signups, embeds, and more)... and from our preset themes and our incredibly granular customization options, there's something for everyone. You can see full user journeys, from a follower initially signing up or sending you a message on Instagram, all the way to click throughs in text messages and emails. i've been using Norby for several months now and really love it. i test a lot of platforms to build creator strategies so i see a lot of what's out there and the identical feature sets — but what makes Norby shine is how well the dashboard it thought through. yes, you can set up your link-in-bio page and send email, but you can also manage your SMS campaigns and IG DMs and the part that makes the marketer in me smile is the ability to track your audience journey. sent an email? you can track the journey [ someone clicking a link in your email → visits your Norby page → clicks to RSVP to an event listed on your page → clicks the calendar event after confirming RSVP ]. this is the level of audience journey i see on my dashboard which is something i used to need to use several tools to accomplish in the past. it's become an essential part of my creator marketing tech stack. i'm excited to see Norby continue to evolve.

Our toolkit currently includes landing pages, SMS & email marketing, lead generation tools like signups and events, as well as a breakthrough omnichannel inbox that syncs with your SMS, email, and social media DMs! This enables our customers to showcase their work, build their contact list, engage with their audience on a deeper level, and ultimately build a loyal community of paying or subscribed customers. Our platform is an ideal tool to enhance your social media strategy and ensure you're able to quickly share new work through your link in bio landing page or drop them a weekly text with fresh content updates. The possibilities are endless depending on your biz! That said, we don't currently offer a full content management suite to automate things like IG feed posts, Reels, etc...HOWEVER, this is something we've thought about adding to our toolkit in the future to take our all-in-one brand promise to the next level. I'm curious if you have any favorite content management software? And in terms of CRM, we do have a Zapier integration that allows you to connect other CRM software to Norby as you begin to transition to our platform. We wanted to ensure converting to Norby was as easy as possible for our customers who might already be using pricey tools and are looking to streamline their workflow or save time and money by switching to Norby!
