What separates this book from the rest of the "productivity gimmicks" is that it has only the tips that really make a difference.
You don't need a new to-do list app. You don't need to "check emails twice a day, but not more". You don't need nootropics, or to buy a standing desk.
You (we) need a proper definition of what being productive really means. And how to better allocate attention rather than time.
