For Founder's/Recruiters/HRs 👋 1. Visit our website: https://employer.myways.ai/resum... 2. Sign Up for Free 3. Keep your "Resume" folder handy. We accept PDF and DOC formats. In case you have Resume links in a CSV, we accept that as well. 4. There's no upper limit on the number of resumes/links, just the speed of reading differs. For benchmarking, 100 resumes/links would take about 45 seconds. 5. Upload the ZIP/CSV. Make sure you name it properly if you want to re-use the folder. 6. After the resumes have been uploaded successfully, you can ask our platform any question! a. Skill Search: Write comma separated skills that you want to look for. Hi @romanopravdic thank you for showing interest in our tool! After conducting multiple user interviews who are using Resume tools, we figured out that people wanted more than just a "skill search". Here's how we are different 1. Our platform is smart enough to understand the relation between multiple skills, so that the analysis is not dependent on keywords included or excluded from resume 2. Conversational analysis about specific profiles, to improve screening interviews 3. We have a proprietary model that gives GPT more relevant inputs based on the resume uploaded!

Two quick questions, Is the tool suitable for hiring interns too? Is there a way to ask follow-up questions to the filtered candidates?

As far as I understood - one for HR, one for employees? 2) I didn't understand for whom is it? @anisha_gupta4 I did, it's great, but it still needs to look through the whole resume for better results, for example if someone had a skill in the side projects or work experience sections, it won't show that the applicant has that skill when searching for it.
