Congrats on your launch 👏😃 But I could not find privacy policy or any mention of what data is collected by the app. The app requires "full network access" so would like to know what data is being collected. Thanks!

Hi Alexey! I really admire that MyStressDiary is a unique fusion of being able to have a diary to vent your feelings/emotions, as well as a tracker to provide scientific data on the emotions and feelings people experience. humanID is an alternative login tool that was created with a team of Harvard alumni like 'Logging in with fb', that protects user privacy. Could be an interesting fit for MyStressDiary and/or discussion to have! Let me know what are your thoughts!

This app is so damn useful for me. After all this covid pandemic, tight pants are at the top of the list of significant problems. Last year in March, I didn't weigh myself, and I didn't even have a scale at that time. However, this spring, I've realized that I'd gone up to 2 clothing sizes. You know, stepping on the scale has become sobering. The problem is not about my diet. It is stress that makes me gain weight. However, since I started my therapy at https://fherehab.com/learning/we..., I've grown a lot. I'm putting into practice many of the strategies I acquired, and all of them continue to help me reduce cravings, negative thoughts, and sentiments. Mentally and physically, I'm in a completely different place.
