We won #2 Product of the Day - Cursor for Music Production

Thank you so much for the incredible support on our launch yesterday, we won #2 Product of the Day for July 16th! This was the first of many launches, and you guys absolutely blew our usage up!

Here are some interesting technical stats.

1. Token Usage - Your prompts had close to a billion tokens cumulative in just 8 hours of launch. Shredded our infra down a couple of times!

2. $250k Angel Check in 10 mins - To add to our $750k round, we got a $250k cheque from an incredible angel in just 10 mins of trying to product

Not all joy of course, and we love sharing both sides of the coin

1. User Experience - Some users didn't have a great first impression, either due to servers going crazy, or due to bad generations occasionally. 2. Sleep - We worked 70+ hours with no sleep to squeeze launch in on this date, so we slacked off towards the end of the day, causing us to fall to 2nd place in the last few hours :(
