I'm curious what challenges did you face building the chatbot in Monterey - did you have to spend a lot of time optimizing the RAG for accuracy & reliability?
@chunonline @imaravind Absolutely -- RAG performance is important, but only alongside several other layers of query interpretation and understanding that go into it!
@chunonline @benkramer Would love to unpack that more when you have some time to elaborate. Learnings from your journey will be hugely helpful for the rest of the PH community.
Congrats on the launch! And a clean landing page as well. My only gripe was the "Try it out" CTA took me to a Typeform > signup > ... and not a quick demo page to see Monterey in action :)

Congrats on the launch! I love the focus on aggregating unstructured data from multiple sources and teams in one place. It'll allow product builders to develop customer intuition way faster than they usually can today, and build better products.
The integrations here look awesome! I've been getting lots of feedback recently on Neurture via email. It would be great to have an email integration, either by way of a specific label in Gmail or by the ability to forward emails to Monterey so they're sent directly in there.
We are looking at Monterey as a solution for us and I've been really impressed by @chunonline 's responsiveness and attention to detail in helping us get to know the product. Thank you!
