@nuvo, thanks for the thoughtful question, Jernej. First of all, I will say that Momentum's call summaries and tasks are optimized for Sales calls, paying close attention to things like product reception, agreements, concerns, and next steps.
From a use case standpoint, Momentum is built for the workflow of selling specifically. This is a full-blown note-taking app, in which you get to contribute with another AI taking notes alongside you. Reps' own manual notes are part of the process and we integrate everthing that's collected directly with Salesforce. Notes are manually and automatically stored in Salesforce Opps/Leads/Contacts, and tasks are created in the Salesforce activity timeline.
Finally, regarding integrations: Momentum is not built to replace Gong, or other call recording tools you may already be using. We integrate with the Sales stack and enhance them with our note-taking and sales tasks, instead of being a full replacement, this means that the cost of our product is lower, and we're an easy add-on.

There's a ton of buzz in Generative AI these days. I'm convinced that the companies who will win are the ones who figure out how to use AI natively in workflow for teams to automate and simplify key tasks. We don't need another chrome extension - we need elegant, in flow automation.

I've been fortunate enough to be able to dog food this for a couple of months now, here's how I use it and what I love about it!
🚀 From my personal experience running Solutions Architecture at Momentum, the AI Note summaries save me hours and hours of watching early-stage calls! When an Opportunity hits PoC, I can simply read the AI Call summaries in minutes and get a full picture of how the deal has progressed and everything I need to know to drive a successful PoC.
💡 The eureka moment where I realized I can't live without the AI summaries anymore was getting back from a week off work: Rather than having to catch up on a week's worth of calls, I simply dropped into the Slack channel and was able to quickly read through the call summaries that I missed. Watching a whole week's worth of calls was boiled down to about an hour-long exercise!

I used to watch as many call recordings as I could to help understand more our leads and customers, however it’s impossible to watch every single one. Since we’ve been using the product in the early times, not only I saved myself tons of watching hours but I read EVERY single call summary, and they are amazing!!!
This is just awesome. Apart from saving time and reducing administrative work; being part of a global company with coworkers in different time zones and being able to get updated every morning with a 5-min read notes is just mindblowing.

I echo all of the positive comments about the new call summaries. We’ve been using Momentum for 6 months, and I have been getting great value from the automated workflows and tight integration with Salesforce, Gong and Slack, but now call summaries are blowing me away! They are so accurate for our sales calls. They allow me to keep my finger on the pulse of the business by quickly reading them in Slack, and I love being able to save as a note in Salesforce at the click of a button and also create SFDC tasks at the click of a button. Great work, Momentum team!
