A customer journey map (CJM) is a visual representation that depicts the stages customers go through when interacting with a company or product or UI. Having a customer journey map can provide insightful information across all departments and levels to understand the various action points, their impact on the customers, and their behaviors. The link directly takes you to the builder app and requires no sign-up or account creation. You can create the customer journey map and export it as an image (PNG) or CSV.
