Mitter.io was designed and built to help developers realise the true potential of messaging. It’s super-flexible (so you can build all sorts of chat semantics) and comes in Docker Containers (so that you can run it anywhere and maintain complete control).

Great tool! I've been an early adopter and is very useful to build any sort of specialized chat product. The Docker containers are an obvious plus for anyone concerned about ownership and privacy. Congrats to @Sharath Iyengar and team for the blowout product ..

The whole idea has always been Database like support for communications -- absolute control and no assumptions. That's what we have achieved and would like to keep working towards -- Communications Backend/ Processor like offering.
Definitely excited to launch this and looking to connect with more fellow developers and creators
-- To build truly customisable apps with ACLs, Metadata Query, Plugins (Coming soon) etc.
-- Focus on being true to their customers about data security by having complete control as its all delivered in a Docker Container
-- Rapid prototyping with the most extensive API set, UI framework SDKs, starter apps and recipes for all major platforms
-- Control costs and scaling by running it on on your own setup almost anywhere.
Really excited about the new Kubernetes Support we will rolling out soon with the Plugins.

@shun_yamada Hi Shun. Yes but its a Private cloud solution -- Complete setup can run on your own servers with no telemetry/callbacks to our system giving you complete control on the stack and data privacy.
