First of all, my big congratulations!π
The second, quick question. What inspired you to create Manganum, and how has it evolved from its initial launch to Manganum 2.0?
@xeniagoron Happening. I had the idea long before this. But at the beginning of 2021, circumstances were such that I started.
1. I had small savings, a little less than 100,000 USD.
2. I have long wanted to launch a startup.
3. I was left without a job with many unusual experiences in browsers and browser extensions.
So I decided to start Manganum.
About the second version. In fact, it's only now that it looks like the product I had in mind. The first launch was very early. It contained about 5% of the features that we have now.
@yankovichv your story deserves to be told across podcasts related to indie-founders and startups. There are a lot of people who are afraid of making their first step in building their own business and have a lot of doubts about themselves! So your story might inspire them.

Can I use Manganum in several chrome windows? For example, I use one window for a job, one tab for an entertainment. Can I use your product in both at the same time?

@kate_ramakaieva Hi Kate, thank you for your question! With Manganum, you'll be able to get rid of several tabs that you switch daily and access them in one click with our sidebar. It usually saves around 3-5 seconds each time, so it can save a lot of time in the long run depending on how often you use the apps. Plus, it makes your browser distraction-free, which adds you more time in the focus mode π

@natella_nuralieva Hi Natella and thank you for your question! There are 12+ apps that we integrated in the sidebar, and you can fully work with them without opening any tabs. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Notes, Tasks, ChatGPT, and more apps are among of them.
You can also customize your launchpad and add all other the apps there the way you want, yet there won't be full integration, just easier access to the ones you featured on your launchpad.

We're fully integrated with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.

The great thing about using Manganum is I can access the most used tools instantly without opening new tabs, for example taking notes on Google Keep, asking quick questions to ChatGPT, etc. This is a great productivity booster!

Iβve been using Manganum for over a year now. Very impressed by the quality of the extension. My favorite features are: video wallpapers and soft meeting notification. Also check out their onboarding flow. Impressive.

Iβve been using Manganum for more than six months now, and this extention really helps to keep focus on daily tasks and not forget important things, because they're always in front of my eyes in Chrome. Me and my ADHD brain are soooo thankful!

So... most of the sidebar is simply "fancy" bookmarks, with the "benefit" of opening those sites in a narrow window instead of full screen. :-/ I'm not sold on the "Do xyz without switching tab" pitch.

Our existing customers value the one-click assess to the tools of daily use, as it saves them a lot of time in the long run.
