💫 What's new in Mailmodo [May 2025]

We are excited to share new updates in Mailmodo that’ll help you improve your email campaigns and automation.

📆 Introducing HubSpot meeting scheduler in email

We’ve launched this new interactive widget - the HubSpot meeting scheduler in email. Customers can choose the slot and book a meeting in the email without leaving their inbox.

Add this to existing/new emails to:

  • Get new signed-up users to book a demo

  • Book case study interviews with NPS promoters

  • Sync with partners/affiliates

  • Get feedback from Beta users

  • Allow users to book onboarding sessions

And here's what the HubSpot meeting scheduler will look like IRL.👇🏼

🤖 Mailmodo now has an MCP server

We have created an MCP (Model Control Protocol) server for Mailmodo— the new standard that lets AI agents like Claude, ChatGPT, and others take direct action inside your tools. It means that after you hook up AI assistants with the MCP, you can ask them to:

  • Send campaigns

  • Fetch performance metrics and contact data

  • Connect Mailmodo to other MCP servers like Slack, Zapier, and CRMs

Watch it in action below.

📈 Improved filters in the campaign analytics dashboard

In the Analytics dashboard, you’ll now be able to filter the dashboard to look at the performance of campaigns sent by specific sender emails/domains. You can also filter out any particular campaigns you want to see the data of.

This can help you easily check the performance of all your email campaigns for a particular initiative, all in one place. And also helps you check the sender's email performance and diagnose any issues early on.

That’s all for this month, folks! We’ll see you next month with more updates. Hit reply to let us know what you want to see in Mailmodo.

The MCP server and Claude example is wild. Have you seen many folks adopt this? I feel like you could also "make" your intern this way and have them quickly execute campaigns.
