Hi everyone 👋 After more than one year of quietly building Lynq, we're excited to open Lynq to the world. We have conducted hundreds of interviews with influencers to understand how they were managing their monetization sources and the types of offer their followers were expecting. After advertising/sponsorship, selling services looked like their number one option. Therefore, this is why so many single purpose platforms have been created: some for 1/1 calls, some for webinars, others for on demand content and personal messages. Although, talking to them, we have identified two main problems that keep them from embracing fully this opportunity : 1 - Influencers don't know in advance what service(s) can work for them. And if they want to propose several, they have to juggle with multiple platforms and accounts. (wasted time, low productivity, no customers aggregated view, etc..) 2 - Influencers complain about the lack of insights that could help them understand how and what to improve with their services proposal. Simple questions such as is my conversion rate good or bad? is it the right price for this service? should I activate or deactivate this service rather that one? Am I using the right CTA? etc.…. don’t have an answer., and yet they determine the success. So, we have created Lynq. Lynq is a platform that simplifies the way to show and sell services to followers by including ready to sell services and advanced insights based on AI. This is the way we answer these 2 main problems. The platform includes: • A personal and customizable storefront with pre-embedded ready-to-sell services • Smart algorithms that automatically surface the biggest opportunities and issues based on customers behaviors on the user’s storefront. Lynq lets influencers know what drives the best conversion rate based on multiple factors such as type of service, price, button colors, CTA, etc. Doing it, we eliminate the guesswork and help drive engagement and sales. In the coming months, we will also provide an automation process based on our algorithms that will proceed on its own to the changes on users’ storefront. Our goal is to make influencer’s life easy and help them open a safe and steady revenue stream. We're just getting started and have a lot in store over the next 12 months. After having conducted hundreds of interviews with influencers, we were able to observe the following trends: 1- Beyond brand sponsorships, they look for other revenue streams. 2- It must be quick to use, simple and deliver the promise 3- Among the ones that had tried single purpose platforms (to sell subscriptions, on demand content, shootouts, live calls, et), the majority were disappointed as the results were not the ones expected. And, when asked why they did not try other options/platforms, the fact to have to go through another on-boarding process was clearly perceived as tiresome and discouraging. Influencers/content creators have little time and don't have a team of data specialists to analyze the how and why of things. We believe in the simplification of things and the power of data. This is why we have built Lynq: - A single entry point to activate different services to sell with a simple click - Personalized insights to understand why an option works/does not and personalized recommendations to adapt the offer in order to increase conversion and engagement.

Thank you @peter_ferraci . The analytics are delivered in a way so you don't remain in the dark. Google Analytics is an extraordinary tool, but let be frank: it's very complicated to apprehend and does not give "ready-to-use" recommendations. This is exactly what we do. We analyze users' behaviors and comparing them with look alike influencers, we can provide clear and very specific recommendations for the influencer.
