How does AI help in this? & How does it improve over time? How much % better is this as compared to using normal lightroom presets designed to do the same job. Plus how accurate is it? Like after automatically applying a setting do I have to manually calibrate some things like I have to while I do it in Lightroom?

@yash thanks for question. AI helps to detect scene type, like beach/forest and does the image segmentation into the regions of sky/forest/mountains. This is like manually applying different filters to different regions of the image, that would take much more time in Lightroom.

Why is this only for aerial photos? I just bought photolemur, would I need this? what's special?

@danirogerc I have Photolemur and love the product. I tried AirMagic and preferred the results with Photolemur. I would advise downloading the trial. My source was not amazing, but images were overly saturated with AirMagic. Still, it is very inexpensive and a good tool.

@danirogerc @liliia_on I tried the same two Mavic 2 pro photos with each product as I was trying to figure out if it was Photolemur rebranded or a new product. I love Photolemur for its quick workflow. I'm sure AirMagic has some improvements but on my test images, I prefer the default Photolemur look. The Gold standard would be to have AirMagic as plugin in Luminar that I can then further tweak. :)

@danirogerc @gareth_murran1 I agree with Gareth, Photolemur outputs crispier less fuzzy images and does not over saturate the output. I guess it was due to the trial mode on AirMagic as exported files were lower quality in general.

Drone photography is challenging sometimes. It's a pity when you're out shooting all day, but the photographs are less than ideal. I love AirMagic because it provides a quick, automatic solution to all the photos you get after a shoot, and the results are fantastic.

IF you shoot drone shots you need this software. The price is right and for what it does, you are getting one heck of a deal.

Pros:

Everything about it. It does a great job, is fast and has produced awesome photos from my drone shots.

Cons:

Provide it for videos!

Does a pretty good job of auto edits but still give the ability for user adjustments

Cons:

It strips out the IPC metadata when using it. Should have text names on the presets
