We've switched from Zendesk for Startups to LiveAgent and indeed it's one of the most wise & rewarding decision we made so far. The support provided by the @matejkukucka 's Team is next to none. I just wish if they work on the UI & UX as it's still big pain to merge (auto merge) tickets without clicking less than 6-7 button and hit search button at least thrice. Secondly, they seriously need to work on the Android app which seems to be a 90s JAVA/Symbian based app where you can't even use Macros/Canned response. How about native WooCommerce and Salesflare integrations? And, I can help you in on-boarding at least 10 new paid users who're dying to have that integrations. With that said, I highly recommend LAdesk or LiveAgent to every Startup Team and Founder. 🙂🙂

This is a must have tool for any company, who's serious about customer service Pros: - the interface is simple and easy to use - automation - mobile app - you can have online chat, help desk, ticket and KB all in one place Cons: - no granular settings customization Overall: If you use liveagent you will never change it... Product used for 3 years which have an excellent price, this is the main reason we used it. Regarding improvement : - Mobile application is definitively not good and can't be used by our team as there is no option to click on link inside ticket request and there no option to have preformated answer. -Regarding customer service , I would says they are doing the minimum which is "acceptable" for the price . For exemple there was a critical issue which prevent the application to be used during 10 days which looks not acceptable and I can't say that I am happy with this situation ;) Finally all suggestions for imporvement made 3 years in the past regarding imporvement of mobile application has never been take in consideration by team. For my point of view the support is not really customer centric In conclusion I would recommend app , as the price is excellent but I can't say this is the best tools and the best customer service existing of the market !

Its solid. Havent found it down, failed or out of order in 1 year of use. Support staff is very polite, attentive and keen to help. If the support do not know of something (very few situations) they escalate ticket to their development team. It is the development team that never reverts! Only issue I have found is the scripts are "HEAVY" and GTMetrix waterfall has them prominently in several places. Net net a robust product with lot of features, good keen support, slow development.

I love how they have all your bases covered from chat to email queues, ticket prioritisation and even a cloud contact centre for phones with your VOIP provider, they really rock.

I use a fraction of the capabilities of LiveAgent but it is nice to know that they are there. When I have a client who needs help to function in a certain way, LiveAgent always offers the feature/integration I need. Helpshelf, WordPress... Their support is quick and on target. Highly recommended. No compensation received for this review.

I absolutely love LiveAgent and it has a lot more functionality than I thought I was purchasing and signing up for. Aside from being able to immediately respond to live calls and chat requests made via my Blog and Websites, and answering messages that come in via my social media channels, I think one of my favourite discoveries was the Knowledge Web. You can build an entire FAQ and Product Library which means your LiveAgent virtual Agent can answer questions and provide product information even when you're off doing something else and working on other aspects of your business. Well done Matej and the LiveAgent team for a great and well thought out product.

LiveAgent is a really powerful tool with A LOT of features. I can't say much about all of them because I use it mainly for ticketing system, which is great. Very easy to set up and use. All the tickets from my clients in one place, with attached images/documents if necessary. Ability to quickly respond to them. Add to that great support and you have a winner here :)

We're a (very small) user of LA for some time now, and we keep on being impressed how it really covers all of our support requirement bases. Would be great to see a kind of "internal customer user" tier at some stage (so people who are not using any of the end customer facing tools, but eg only accessing private articles in the kBase), so we could even further centralize internal knowledge sharing, but that's a minor thing. Everything "outside"/ end user facing really is more than worth the money. Support is kind, competent and fast, not a lot more to ask for :)

LiveAgent was introduced to me when building a new website. We most likely don't scratch the surface of it's capabilities, but when I want to find out more, they are always there to assist! I personally find the product extremely easy to use and very reliable. We wanted a professional chatting tool that just works... That's what we got. Great work all.

I use LiveAgent every day. This is what I needed. CRM, contact center, client portal, knowledge base, LA Chat on my site. SMTP mail, Gmail, FB Messenger integrations. For our small company it's a mini call center. And what's more - great support.
