@luca_micheli Hi Luca,
as this is the "hightes" comment I post here, hopefully you see it. I have created some tickets, I do not get any response. I also contacted you directly, also no response.
Customerly is a great product and I would love to use it. But if there is no chance to get any support in case of bugs or in case of extremly missing features (like fetching facebook-messages) it is very risky to rely to this software.
I would love if my impression is wrong.
All the best, Julian!
Rating this only from technical point of view: visual builder is so smooth and nice! I'm really curious if that's home-baked solution or are you using some ready-to-use charting library @luca_micheli ? Besides Angular, of course.
PH You ask me what i like about this product? E. V. E. R. Y. T. H. I. N. G. This tool is awesome. In Customerly You have anything what You need in your online business to play with leads and customers in one place ów You have Visual Funnel Builder. WOW.
@cxchange I'm sorry I was on a busy day and I couldn't reply. Also I'm not getting any Notification from PH of new comments, so I didn't know there was new comments. We are getting a lot of traction from this launch and we are taking care of all the new onboardings. Even personally with demos :)
We do love to help businesses personally. If you didn't receive a reply yet on the other two questions please try to ping them back. Has been a crazy week in terms of tickets to handle :)
Hope you can understand :)
Have a great day
I have Customerly and get pretty inconsistent support. Sometimes I get a response but then they don't follow up. I get mostly upbeat marketing messages from the Founder, but no responses to queries. To be fair, someone fixed a Zapier problem right away, but the two other questions in same help request were not responded to. I wonder if they took support from Customerly for building something new. Or maybe it's because I'm on US time so no one is on and then they forget. Whatever, I LIKE Customerly but my experience with even simple questions like "is there a way to have a footer?" has been frustrating.
