I strongly agree with you, we created Aura with that in mind. It must be an assistant to the human team rather than a gatekeeper.
We wanted to reverse the direction the support chatbot market was going with all the useless prompts and endless loops.

Thanks @alex_dulub for the support! Once you train it with your knowledge base which contains by default your jargon and technical responses you will see her doing her best speaking that language. We have been using it for months and we have seen her doing amazing things so far with our customer requests.
