Hello, I’m Shay from Lead Honestly! Recently @darbyfrey1 and I rethought how 1-on-1 meetings should be approached, and today we’re excited to share 1-on-1 Meeting Playbooks. The entire idea—help your team members grow and evolve in their careers by asking them the right question at the right time. We’ve developed different 1-on-1 Meeting Playbooks across an array of topics, each with many relevant questions to help managers coach and mentor their teams. All of which works perfectly with our Lead Honestly 1-on-1 Meeting Assistant. If you’re looking to improve your 1-on-1 meetings, we'd love to have you try us out!

Shay/Darby - great stuff. Know a lot of leaders (and team members) this would be very helpful for. For those that aren't already using Lead Honestly, it would be great to have you share some specifics/better understanding of what kind of topics the playbooks cover. Can you share some more details about the 1-on-1 Meeting Playbooks and how they work/help team leads and team members?

@tristarter absolutely, and thank you for asking! Today we have Playbooks that cover a handful of different topics including everything from on-boarding new employees and team members, developing them as leaders, building relationships across a team, improving overall performance and productivity, and many areas there between. Each Playbook includes a variety of questions focused on the overarching topic. As a manager you can select the Playbook best for each individual team member and where they're at in their career, then Lead Honestly will share the most relevant questions with those team members for your 1-on-1 meetings.
