@kwdinc @jay_0687 Would love to try this out. Are you looking to scale B2B sales ?Few thoughts if you intend to do : a) Reach out to companies who are hiring for software tester and QA tester. Since they are hiring already, they have the need and will be willing to try out your product. b) Reach out to companies who have monthly traffic more than 10000 and have recently raised funding. Since they have raised money, they will be investing on marketing. More marketing means more users. And everybody would like to give their users good experience. Would be happy to hear your thoughts on it.

@kwdinc @shreyaa_ratra thanks a lot for your message and sounds like a good idea. Would be happy to have a chat around the same. Can you please drop me an email and we can take it offline for a brief chat. My email is jay@lambdatest.com

Thanks for the product. I just signed up to this. After signing up when I was in real time, I launched Win 10, just wanted to know is it a real machine or an emulator or some other tech?
Jay Singh
@priyankaparmar22 Thanks for signing up! All desktop are real machines. For the mobile browsers we use mobile emulators for andriod and simulators for iOS devices. How was your experience so far? 😊
Priyanka Parmar
@jay_0687 It was good. I was also looking at your integrations. We use bugzilla inhouse. Do you guys have any plan to launch it ?
Priyanka Parmar
@jay_0687 I also have a suggestion for you. If you can also add the integration I have done in the dashboard, it will be more handy. Just a suggestion!
Jay Singh
@priyankaparmar22 We have planned to release bugzilla integration in coming weeks!
Jay Singh
@priyankaparmar22 Can you elaborate more on what is that you are looking at in dashboard please 😊

2000+ browsers with versions!! That's a big selection of browsers. Must have taken a long time to find and put on cloud. ;) So how soon you update the new browsers? For example the next chrome comes next month, how soon will it be updated?
Jay Singh
@yashyadav101 Thanks Yash!! Yes it took quite a while to collect all the browsers especially old versions. Even more challenging was to bring them to a scalable cloud platform with on-demand access. _Took us months just to make it all work seamlessly_ We have a very fast turn around time when it comes to bringing latest browsers to LambdaTest platform. For popular browsers like Chrome and Firefox, it's less than 24 Hours. For the latest Chrome browser we got it live withing 8 hours of it's release. 😀
Yash Yadav
Correct me if I am wrong, but I am assuming that you guys must be using shared infrastructure to be viable. So would I have to logout and stuff before closing any session? Will the same machine be assigned to anyone else?
Jay Singh
@yashyadav101 Thanks for the compliments !!. It's all because of our early product adopters and believers :)
Jay Singh
@yashyadav101 Security of our users is our number one priority. We have a dockerized environment where each user gets a separate individual instance of the desired machine. Once a machine is assigned to a user, no one other than the user itself can access it. As soon as the user ends the session, the whole machine is destroyed and all data associate is erased. That means all history, cookies, saved passwords, saved documents etc, everything gets erased. This also ensures that users get a pristine testing environment everytime they open a new test. Do checkout our security policies at https://www.lambdatest.com/suppo...
JON AARORA
I liked the product overall. It helped me debug a video issue for safari so I am sold. But a quick question, are there any restriction on number of browsers in paid plans as well? What browsers are not accessible in Solo plan?
Jay Singh
@jonaarora Thanks Jon and glad that LambdaTest was of help to you! You get unlimited access to all mobile and desktop browsers on any of the paid plans. 😊

LambdaTest has made it all too easy for me to perform cross browser testing with most updated popular versions of web browsers on multiple OS. Rapid integrations for bug logging and cooperative chat support has been a major aid to me. @jay_0687 Kudos to LambdaTest for being hunted.
Jay Singh
@chandarana thanks a lot Chanda and being a startup it's always a motivation to hear from our product ambassadors like you! 🙏

I used Lamdatest at Analytics Vidhya to identify bugs in the website with every new release. Without having a standard QA team, it would save a lot of time for me (being the product manager) to perform the tests quickly and identify crucial bugs. All the best to the team!

Pros:

clean & easy to use product. awesome enthusiastic team for support

Cons:

none that I know

Jay Singh
@rajesh_iitkgp Happy to hear that LambdaTest was helpful for testing your web apps for cross browser compatibility! 😊

Crazy Good Digital

LambdaTest has helped me transform my software business. We are winning larger projects, delivering better quality code and doing it with less resources. We have made a major investment in mobile development and I could not afford to invest in several test devices for each of my programmers and testers. Instead, I give them all access to LambdaTest and they are really happy! Code quality has improved. When bugs appear, it is easy to document and assign to someone as part of our workflow. New LambdaTest features allow us to interactively develop on mobile. Instead of investing in expensive, idle mobile devices, I am investing in productive resources, PEOPLE - developers and testers. In addition, I can afford a larger team because the investment needed per developer/tester is much less. (I shouldn't be saying all this... our smart competitors will jump and subscribe to LambdaTest. But Jay, Sarah and the entire LambdaTest team have been awesome to work with and I need to give them a shout out for all the great things that they have helped me accomplish by creating this great platform and continuously improving it.)

Pros:

Truly amazing product! Testing quality is through the roof. Development time is faster. We saved thousands of dollars on mobile devices!

Cons:

I can't think of one. These guys are so quick on product enhancements that any good opportunity (con) finds its way into the service.

Jay Singh
Thank you so much for your feedback! It's motivating to hear from our product ambassadors like you Brad! 🙏🙏🙏
Crazy Good Digital
You should hear what my developers are saying. They are usually very critical about everything - it comes with the territory, but when I ask them about LambdaTest, they are effusive with praise. I don't know what to say. I guess they grew tired of me saying "but it doesn't work on iOS". Now they know to check first and make me (and my clients) happy.
Gaurav Khattar

LambdaTest is a real time-saver, and it really works. Before we needed to go through a lot of pain to test our UIs in different platforms. With LambdaTest this is super easy, and the cost is very reasonable. The management and support team are always on top of things and improving the product.
