I am Achu, an ex-recruiter and the founder of Kula - a recruitment automation platform. I am super excited to share the early access of Kula with all of you today. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback!

What a fantastic idea - I've always wondered how organisations can better leverage the networks of their employees.
On the platform, are there ways of rewarding employees for their networks and warm introductions - if they lead to a new hire?
I'd love to see whether over time this would have an impact on attracting more well-connected talent to an organisation.
@dan_robins We've already started seeing this trend of employers preferring candidates with a personal brand and thousands of followers on LinkedIn/Twitter over candidates with no presence on these platforms (given the skillset is exactly the same). The upside to having such employees on the team is immense.

If we would tap into the whole network of all employees, we would not only find candidates faster but also people that fit better into the company than the average external candidate.
@phil_schwengel Absolutely. It's about finding the hidden gems, and not from the usual suspects (that is already a hunting ground for every recruiter in the world).
Also, why just stop at employees, add investors, advisors, and everyone willing to root for your success.

I am Sath, the co-founder, and CTO of Kula. When Achu shared his vision for Kula, I was instantly convinced because I’ve experienced how frustrating it could be for both hiring managers and talent recruitment teams to attend endless reporting meetings and sometimes even call it a day without being able to shortlist or move candidates into further stages of recruiting.
