Additionally, you can always revisit and rephrase the answers based on the questions you've received over time, ensuring you don't answer the same types of questions repeatedly. Beyond training, you can also instruct the bot to respond in your company’s brand tone, maintaining a consistent voice across all channels.

@yevheniya_afanasieva that's a good question. Tags can be triggered on the email tickets based on the flow. Currently it is not a fully automated way for prioritizations. We will add it to the roadmap. Thanks for the suggestion!
