Hi everyone! πŸ‘‹ We’re thrilled to be launching another new product today (our 10th launch so far!). πŸŽ‰ This time, however, it is a product very intimate to us. It started out as just a simple internal canned response extension we called Tray. As a team, it has since then become an essential part of how we implement efficient customer support in our pursuit to grow our wide array of SaaS products and website plugins. Seeing the benefits first-hand, we thought of launching it as a standalone (and much more comprehensive!) solution for knowledge management that other teams can also use. Thus, the launch of Klutch! We get it. We’ve been there! As your team grows, so will the pile of company information you need to store. Replying to emails becomes a tedious task and juggling over tons of files drags down productivity. When this happens, the demand for a knowledge management solution like Klutch gets higher. Klutch provides an easy and efficient way to build a knowledge base and store all simple-to-confidential company pages and canned responses. The platform comes with a long range of templates for different types of business processes, customization options, placeholders for media files, categorization, privacy settings, and real-time collaborative editing features perfect for remote teams. For more seamless access to your canned responses, Klutch comes with a browser extension version that you can install from the Chrome or Microsoft Edge plugin repository. This way, you can copy and paste your responses faster while browsing or using any support software like Gmail. Driven by our desire to share its benefits, Klutch is here to encourage a knowledge sharing culture within your team, which can also promote better accountability, teamwork, and productivity. What a combo. A big thanks from me. I've been using this in private beta and can't emphasise enough how impressed I am with what the team have built. This can legitimately replace your task management app, your spreadsheet app, your notes app, your documents app, Workflow app and it integrates them all incredibly elegantly - on desktop AND mobile. Massive kudos. Haven't been as excited about a product like this in literally 8+ years.

This looks exciting, and I agree with @ashiqkiron that the UI is beautiful! @tomer_aharon - Are there limitations to the platform from a team size or enterprise perspective (i.e., scaling)?

@ashiqkiron @samuel_houser thanks! The only limit as for now for the Pro plan is 100GB of total storage (we can provide more, but doesn't seem like it is needed yet)

@gmabsout Thank you! Klutch is more beneficial to Support/Sales/Marketing teams due to our accessible canned responses feature. You can check it out and easily access it from the browser extension (Chrome, Edge) , mobile and the website.

I love your productivity and drive. Congrats. I've built a lot of consumer-facing products and inevitably there comes a time when the copy-pasting of customer support info gets to be a nightmare. @vivekkatial Thank you! Notion is a great product, but Klutch will be more beneficial for support/sales/marketing teams that also heavily use templates amd canned responses to copy-paste replies for conversations (via chat, email, Linkedin or any other platform)
