Violate the community guideline???

I am very disappointed. I am trying to revive archival photographs of Jewish cemeteries. Sometimes I succeed, and sometimes I get a message that it is impossible because I am violating some norms (not sure what they are). As a filmmaker and an enthusiast of cemetery art (author of books on the subject), I cannot understand what legal norms I am violating. Tomasz Wisniewski
