klaep — klaep is a social music collaboration network for musicians

Hi Product Hunt community! After several months of development my long time friend and co-founder Philip and me are thrilled to announce our app "klaep" here on this platform! :-) The tagline of our latest feature: Jam with ambitious musicians and discover them easy and fast with our new exploration screen! Watch the current selection of featured artists and Jams and get inspired. Who is klaep for? We developed the app first and foremost by musicians for musicians. So if you play an instrument, are a singer or even music enthusiast, please try out the app, we would love to hear your (honest) feedback! Many hobby- as well as professional musicians already helped us a lot by sharing their valued feedback, in order to tailor the app to their needs. We would love to hear more! What do you think? :-)

Hey Tobias and Philip, and congrats on the launch! I am an amateur pianist and I am passionate about singing (blues). I think what you came up with is very cool! Previously, I loved to sing in the karaoke app Smule, and I liked the fact that you could sing a duet with someone from the app's users. It's cool that you at Klaep can also do online jams with other musicians. Here's an idea for you: think about how you can tie TikTok to your project. I know that many musicians have become famous through TikTok because people made videos using their music. Also, musicians on TikTok often make collaborative videos with other musicians, complementing each other with their parts (guitarist, pianist, etc.). I think you can become very popular! Good luck 🍀
