When the First Big Funding Round Costs You Your Relationship

I’ve seen this happen a lot — a founder closes their first big funding round, and not long after, their relationship ends.

It’s not always about money or success changing someone. Often it’s the grind leading up to that point: long hours, constant stress, and being mentally somewhere else even when you’re physically home. Over time, it takes a toll.

I’m working on Kintz, a breakup healing app inspired by kintsugi, partly because I’ve watched this play out more times than I can count. Curious if others here have noticed the same pattern.
