Kindling — idea management tool

It helps me easily collect product ideas from the entire org, lends everyone a voice, and an easy forum to discuss those ideas. There are a number of similar apps out there, but Kindling is free for startups, thoughtfully designed, and works particularly well for Product ideas as opposed to idea management more generally.
