@berthakgokong @sinikiwe_phahlane Congrats on the launch! Our SaaS indeed needs better AI customer support. Can you tell me more about the integrations? For example, the chatbot needs to know the membership status of a customer to give meaningful support, so how should it integrate with our database?
@dan16 You do not need to hire a developer, just try one of our chatbots. They are very intuitive and user friendly. We created the platform for normal people, all you need is your documents.

Hi there! How do you deal with AI hallucination? I'm asking that because I think is too risky letting robots doing an impactful customer-facing work.
@vitor_seabra AI Hallucination is a real problem. It usually happens when the chatbot does not have the answer, so it creates an answer. We deal with it in the chatbot instructions. We allow users to describe their own chatbot instructions

We have added chatbots that can: (1) Manage and schedule appointments in your calendar, (2) replace google forms by being able to collect information, (3) Sales and ecommerce support, (4) Generate actual quotes on PDF of your products and services and send to clients, (5) Event RSVP -- in all cases, you can collect all he information gathered by the bots. --- So I would say, we have expanded the use cases to many business applications beyond GenAI

This is interesting. Looking forward to testing the the quote generation feature.. since things like quotes are highly important to get right I'm curious to know how this can ensure errors and how users can avoid sending out incorrect quotes. Congratulations on your launch!
@selly_park This is AI and we have tested the feature thoroughly, It will not send incorrect quotes as long as you enter your product and service list accurately. Also the quotes are consistent, every time.
@dmytro_semonov IT tooks us a long time and we are still building, we just decided to launch what we have and build as we go. We still want to add Shopify integrations, Messenger deployment etc.

KaraboAI seems like a game changer for businesses looking to streamline their customer interactions with AI. How customizable are the chatbots in terms of integrating with existing databases and software?
Congrats on the launch! 🎉 We have tried to create an AI bot for internal use in our company. Despite uploading a lot of materials, the responses are still very unstable and often contain incorrect content. For a business, accurate responses are very important. If this issue can be resolved, we would definitely choose KaraboAI.
@zenda1122 When creating a bot on KaraboAI you can adjust the "chatbot Instructions" -- this is the message that goes to the chatbot and tells it how to respond, so relook at the instructions on your bot, tweek them. The beauty of our platform is that, you can tweek and re-tweek the instructions until you get consistent responses. Also remember to refresh the chat after tweeking the instructions using the down arrow at the top of the bot
