Juphy makes it super easy to manage multiple workspaces for different businesses/clients you may have. It's very streamlined and easy to answer customer messages, queries, comments etc from multiple platforms all from one dashboard. Tickets are automatically tagged and you can create and apply your own tags which can then be filtered & sorted (either manually or with automated rules). I'm a one-man-band so haven't used the team functionality, but this will come in super handy down the line. Canned responses also save time. Juphy is great!
