In the last months, I’ve had the chance to talk with the folks at June and hear about their vision. With 2.0 they’re taking a step toward their vision to make analytics available for everyone.

We launched June 1.0 exactly a year ago! Time flies :)
Since then amazing things have happened. You nominated us for a Golden Kitty award 😻 🏆 in the “SaaS” category (we didn’t win 😜). AND we got the chance to meet hundreds of you. Based on your feedback we iterated on the product, A LOT (https://changelog.june.so/)
These discussions made us understand that the world has changed. So has June.so.
The best products allow prospects to try before they buy, making the user experience an essential investment that pays dividends well beyond acquisition.
**Introducing Product-Led Analytics**
When so much depends on the product usage, everyone on the team needs to know how the users actually experience the product.
Everyone, not only product managers, should be empowered to understand how the product is actually being used. Engineers, designers, marketers, success, and sales all want and need to know that they are working on what really matters. The playing field evolves so rapidly that it is impossible to steer the ship without a shared compass.

Do the reports also include user retention cohorts?
@enzo_avigo, looked useful. And I tried sign up but then asked to sign up with segment. Does this work only with sign up or possible with any other sources?

Well needed product, particularly considering the costs that other alternatives take. Just a short heads-up, the video you posted is showing up in 480p instead of HD. The vide on the website is higher def. In case anyone is wondering.
@frcbls No worries mate. It's not a big issue for most people, just thought I'd let you know :) Remember to do the screen recording on a larger desktop screen so you can get 1080p.
Either way, your product is amazing. One of the most beautifully and elegant products I've seen. We're already using Mixpanel but if we had to start over again, I'd probably go with this.
I've always hated products for analytics because they were always so difficult to set up and understand. June is like analytics for dummies (yes I'm calling my self a dummy) and it's great for any founders or any product manager that really wants to understand how users use your product and what you should focus on building, without the need of working with a "data analyst". Also, finally an analytics product with a great UX/UI. The team is also super supportive and has a great vision, so the product can only get better.
I've been using June for months for https://conjure.so and I love it. It saved me so much time setting up reporting and really is a pleasure to use. @frcbls, @enzo_avigo and @vortex_ape have done a stellar job.
We use June at estabild.com and it helps us a lot get quick analytical insights about our product.
Initially, I tried it just out of curiosity about half a year ago but it quickly became one of our go-to tools. Congrats on the launch @enzo_avigo, @frcbls and the entire June team! 🙌
As a first-time founder with no prior knowledge in product analytics, this whole aspect has been incredibly intimidating and hard to get right, but June managed to make it simple. I finally have reports I can trust and share with my investors.
