By the way, hope I'm not being intrusive but seeing as you just launched I have a market research service where for $12 you can ask 100 people a question then follow-up based on how they answered and even interview them! https://scoops.io/ Just thought it may help if you guys are looking for user research :) You could ask e.g. "What's the most frustrating part about job searching for you?" And then drill down to people who say "keeping track of the statuses of applications. " Anyway If you want to give it a shot I'll pass you $12 in free credits. Best of luck otherwise! Joustlist is the LinkedIn organization tool that LinkedIn forgot to create. Well thought out model that makes keeping track of potential opportunities easy. It is very simple to use and the reminders are perfect. Highly recommend if job seeking via LinkedIn.

@everyone thank you for all your comments, upvotes, etc. We really appreciate the support! Drew and I started Joustlist after tracking my job search prospects via an excel spread sheet. I was applying to AT LEAST 10 jobs a day, and (if) I ever heard back from a recruiter, it was tough for me to remember everything. And if I didn't hear back, it reminded me to follow up. Overall, my job search was only 3 months but it was the most stressful process. Essentially, it was a full time job to just find a job. As a hiring manager, I had all the tools I could ask for available, and there were very few tools available for the job seeker. We wanted to empower and destress job seekers through organization. For the passive job seeker, we also have our free version where you can add up to 3 jobs a day. We've gotten some great feedback and can't wait to get more through @product Thanks again! Joustlist was John's idea, but it clicked instantly when he explained it. We've had different job search experiences in the past, but one thing was universal- they're stressful, thankless, and sometimes legitimately demeaning. With Joustlist, we're putting the job seeker first, something not many others have done yet. Recruiters and hiring managers have SaaS tools and AI, so the job seeker deserves to as well. We go beyond organization by sending reminders to follow up, weekly activity summaries, and job searching tips. We have plans for a lot more, too, all in service of our goal to help everyone land a job.

Joustlist really does what it says it does. It makes the job search process much easier and does the organization for you. Very cool idea and simple to use.

Pros:

User friendly and takes a lot of the work off users plate.

This is such a great product. Organization with your job search is so important and this makes it so easy! I love how easy it is to use and the clean look. I can’t think of anything that tripped me up or left me confused when playing around with it!

I love the clean, simple interface and the integration with job sites that auto fills a lot of the fields when entering the link to a job you applied to. In the past I've used spreadsheets but it was a more cumbersome process and I'm glad I have Joustlist to use now

Thanks! We kind of do... you start with Joustlist free version, and for the first month, you get some of the Premium perks for free. I think making it an official first free month is smart.
