Hey everyone! Aytekin here, founder and CEO of Jotform. It's another launch time for us, another step to make people's work easier. And this time, we aim to make your Gmail inboxes better. 🚀 We all spend hours in Gmail, but replying manually eats up way too much of that time. You reread the thread. You try to remember your tone. You wonder if you've already answered something like this before. Sound familiar? That’s exactly why we built Gmail Agent! It connects directly to your Gmail inbox and drafts replies for you, using your tone, your past messages, and your company’s knowledge. You stay in control: nothing is ever sent without your approval. Here’s what it can do: ✉️ Draft replies to incoming emails instantly 🧠 Learn your style from past emails and documents 🏷️ Auto-label messages based on content and urgency 🚫 Skip emails that don’t need a reply 🔒 Built-in privacy, never sends without you hitting send And while the Gmail Agent does all of that, it doesn't try to replace your voice, it learns it. If you're handling support, sales, or just trying to get through your inbox without losing your day... this one's for you. We'd love your thoughts, feedback, and edge cases! Thanks for checking it out!

@aytekintank Can users fine tune the AI’s tone?

Aytekin

@mohsinproduct Good question. Yes, you can! Gmail Agent learns from your past sent emails and any docs you connect (like knowledge bases) to match your tone and style. You can also customize instructions to guide how formal, casual, or detailed your replies should be. Thanks for the question!

How to train it into my writing style?
Aytekin

@jaber23 Gmail Agent learns your writing style by analyzing your past sent emails and connected docs. Once you link your Gmail and give permission, it uses those messages to understand your tone, phrasing, and common replies. So drafts will just sound like you wrote them.

You’re always in control though: nothing gets sent without your approval!

Let us know if you try it out and thanks for stopping by! 🙌

@aytekintank wow! I’m gonna try it out soon

@jaber23 Echoing this question. I'm also curious about the training process. A more detailed "how-to" guide or some support docs on the website explaining the best practices would be super helpful.

@jaber23  @alexis_luo Hey Alexis,

For payments and lead gen: how do you handle spam protectiion and rate limiting? Also, any extra fees beyond the payment processor?

Aytekin

@ayesha_mughal1 Great question, thanks for asking!

We’ve built in protections to keep things balanced and prevent misuse. Gmail Agent checks each incoming email to decide whether it actually needs a response, and it only drafts when appropriate. On top of that, we have usage limits in place: up to 300 emails per hour per agent, which helps ensure stable performance and prevent any abuse.

And no extra fees, you only pay your chosen payment processor’s standard rates.

Wow, this is awesome. I've used Jotform AI agent, and it's good to see Gmail agent.

Quick question-

Aside responsding to emails, can I have it send mails based on instructions. For example, draft and send mails to several leads.

Aytekin

@mannymatics So happy that you liked Jotform AI Agent, and awesome to have you here for Gmail Agent too!

Right now, Gmail Agent focuses on drafting replies based on your incoming messages. It won’t send anything unless you hit send, so you're always in control.

Let us know if you have more ideas or use cases you’d love to see!
