New in version 2.0:
・Left/Center/Right Thirds of the screen are now supported – Drag a window to the bottom edge of your screen to create third. You can also use default keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Alt+D/F/G or create yours.
・Left Two Thirds & Right Two Thirds of the screen are now supported – Drag a window to the bottom edge of your screen and slide on it to create two thirds. You can also use default keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Alt+E/T or create yours.
・Adobe Creative Cloud apps are now supported (since 2017 version).
・macOS 10.12 Sierra performance and stability is improved.
@chrismessina Magnet is one of the best money I've ever spent on the Mac App Store! Can't recommend it enough.

The snapping feature is nice, but not really seeing much more than what is already offered for free in Spectacle. Plus, although $0.99 is not so bad, note that in the App Store page it says the price is currently "discounted 80% for a limited time" so the actual price is about $5
So this is great, but it's currently using 108% of my CPU. It didn't do that before. Any ideas @mostarna ?

@flowsion It means, that you can make app maximized on current desktop. Different from native macOS fullscreen function.
I have been using slate for over 2 years. You can customize to your needs by writing the config file. Very powerful.
Just purchased it and love it. Was missing these functions from my time on Windows. And for $0.99 ... WHAT? Crazy.
@mostarna @edvinsantonovs Same question here, Spectacle is great and configurable by the terminal. That means automation. The link took me to the buy page, didn't see what's different. Is there a trial or a review copy? I'm not sold right now.
Absolutely love Magnet! I've got a bunch of screens on my desk, and being able to quickly snap windows into place on them all is a huge time saver!! Makes me way more productive and works really darn well! Good work Pavel and your team!
I have been using Magnet for a while now and absolutely love it. Supporting Adobe Creative Cloud is a huge addition!!
certainly better than me spending too much time fiddling around resizing my windows...
@bentossell link on iOS redirects to an app store page with "app is only available on Mac". Just a heads up!!
@sandrojazzar if your click on "Learn more about this app", it will take you to the Magnet website. If you have Handoff on, go your Mac, click on the Handoff icon in your Mac dock and voila! You're just one click from buying the app. Ideally, Apple should allow users to buy a Mac App Store app from their iOS device (if Apple Pay supports other merchants, why not the Mac Store itself).

I've been using Magnet for months now and it has seriously changed my productivity. I love the customizable keyboard shortcuts. Almost every week at work someone watches my screen as I show them something and they go "woah wait how did you do that to the windows?" Great work team, keep it up!
