Telegram Active App - Health & Activity Tracking, Straight in Your Messenger

Hey Product Hunt!

I’m George, co-founder of Minimals and co-creator of Active App. I live in Georgia and have been passionate about autonomous backpacking and hiking, wandering through the mountains of this blessed land. About a year ago, my friend Andrey and I organized the company Minimals.

At Minimals, we love simple solutions, serious challenges and seamless experiences, so we set out to solve a problem we faced ourselves. Platforms like Garmin Connect and Strava lock you into their ecosystems, and messengers like Telegram don’t integrate with your smartwatch data at all.

Active App bridges that gap by bringing your health and activity data straight into Telegram. It surfaces key metrics—heart rate, weight, floors climbed, distance, stress level, VO₂ max and more—right next to your favorite chats and channels.

  • With a tap you can drill down into any stat, view daily/weekly trends, and instantly share charts or summaries with friends, colleagues, your doctor or your coach.

  • Your smartwatch‑tracked activities appear in a dedicated list, and GPS‑recorded workouts come with an interactive map, altitude profile and the option to download your route as a GPX file.

  • You can effortlessly post highlights to Telegram Stories, channels or group chats, making health data social. The beta currently supports Garmin Connect and includes smart notifications, and we’re working on leaderboards, support for more devices and AI‑powered analytics.

We built Active App because we believe your health data should enhance your social life, not live in a silo. If you’re a smartwatch owner and avid Telegram user, join our early access via t.me/activeappbot and let us know what you think. I’m excited to hear your feedback and collaborate with fellow builders who value minimalist design and meaningful tech.

Let’s make being active more social and fun!
