Hey Alexander, Craisee looks super exciting, love the direction you're taking with GenAI and the all-in-one ecosystem approach. As a first-time founder myself, I'm always curious how more experienced teams handle shipping. How do you guys approach deciding what’s good enough to ship, especially when you're building something ambitious? Balancing polish with momentum has been tough for me, would love to hear any advice from your journey so far.
@keremcan01 Yes, you have to shape expectations for your audience, if youre new and add a big ALPHA badge on your site, people or more bug resilient. go out when you think its working, keep it done is better then perfect, you need to prove your assumptions fast to know whats working or not and that even works already with a basic ui...
@keremcan01 But to be honest, I took too much time on building before release too...it's natural even with ai superpowers now, ah lets add this, and that...
@alexandergorny Yeah this has been the biggest issue personally for me, there's always more to be done, and its really difficult to find the point where its "good enough". I guess you just gotta go by gut feel, and try to validate your products performance.
@keremcan01 yes, I'm feeling the engineer in you, so sometimes we have to say to us, less is more!
Hey Alexander, love what you’re building with craisee — the “AI OS” direction really resonates. We’re working on something adjacent: a unified workspace that combines notes, canvases, and AI chats into a single knowledge structure. Different layer, but same goal — making GenAI actually useful in context, not just impressive in demos.
Would love to connect and swap thoughts on tooling, ecosystem thinking, or just the reality of shipping complex stuff with small teams. Also — great to see long-term tech folks like you still pushing boundaries 👏
@alesia_cherniavskaia Thanks for reaching out Alesia, I'm really feeling honored and real love your product idea, and if I wouldn't build craisee I would build something similar...at least try it ;) Would love to exchange tech stuff like agent systems etc and love to discuss ui/ux in the time of AI...Let me know how we can support your launch and we would love to get your help too (13.08.). Cheers, Alexander
@alexandergorny it's so nice to find like-minded people! Let's stay in touch. My team and I would be happy to support your product. I've subscribed so I don't miss the day (Aug 13). And thank you for your encouraging words!
