Hello Founders: Kicking off a fresh Chapter for Nordost 🤞
Hey Product Hunt,
I'm Sebastian, co-founder of Nordost—a design studio focused on brand and digital design. Over the years, we operated as a traditional service provider, but now we're shifting gears.
I've always been drawn to the Founder Space—I love the energy, vision, and pace at which founders move. It’s incredibly inspiring and creates a dynamic community that we're excited to serve.
That’s why we're refocusing our efforts by developing specialized packages and offerings tailored for forward-thinking founders at various stages of their journey.
I’m eager to learn from this community and genuinely appreciate any feedback. We're also currently enhancing our own website and brand, so please feel free to check it out and share your thoughts!
Cheers,
Sebastian

Hey, Sebastian. Welcome to Product Hunt! đź‘‹
I just took a look at your website and it looks great. I think it shows off a very clear and distinct style and aesthetic. You mentioned that you're currently enhancing your website and brand. Are there any particular goals or outcomes you're hoping to achieve with that? How would you want others to describe your brand?
@jakecrump Thanks for you reply — happy you like the current version of our website :)
Right now, our biggest goal is to really nail down who our packages are for and why they matter to that audience. The market for web and brand studios is crowded, so we’re experimenting with packaging our services in a way that highlights the value we bring—beyond just “making things look good.”
For example, instead of offering open‑ended design projects, we’re currently creating focused “kits” that bundle strategy, launch‑ready websites, and ongoing support into clear, outcome‑driven packages. Ideally, people describe Nordost as a partner that not only crafts beautiful visuals, but also drives real business results for forward‑thinking founders.
Does that resonate with you and others in the community? Any thoughts on how we could sharpen that message even further?

@shemetsberger I think, in particular, the outcome-driven packages description really makes it clear what you're looking to offer because there are a lot of different inflection points for startups and businesses, stuff like going from 0 to 1 or 1 to 100 users, pivoting, rebranding around a new feature. All of those I could see being use cases for having a specific outcome-driven design goal.
So, yeah, I agree with you that it does make a lot of sense to focus on a specific outcome with a kit over just an open-ended design project.
