I’m a senior engineer who’s been out of the interview game for a while. Like you mention, it’s been some time since I’ve seriously drilled algorithms and data structures, leaving me less prepared to interview in this way than I was four years ago. However, given the level of compensation I require and the slower pace of interviewing I am pursuing (working 50+ hours per week), would I still qualify for this program? It may turn out that in four months, I haven’t found an offer that works for me or meets my requirements. I think you’re doing a great service here and just don’t care to abuse the system.
