Smarter interviewers will naturally respond by probing deeper, exploring judgment, creativity, and fit areas no AI can fake. And given that we already lean on ChatGPT (or other LLMs) for coding, writing, and research, letting responsible AI nudge interviews forward feels both fair and inevitable.
