The team can answer the agent questions from Slack and they can have a real time chat with their team inside the helpdesk. The team can reply from Slack so they don't have to switch tabs and whenever they open a ticket, the same chat that they had on that ticket stays, helping them to maintain context around the conversation. interbot.io helps you to answer your tickets faster and in real-time with the help of your team in Slack.
