Like why the AI Agents is asking Roberta to connect it to a human? :D You have to fix it, or is the AI agent trying to insult Roberta? :D

If Ai is now capable to solve an issue and give the correct answer the platform we’ll transfer a chat to live support agent. So that no conversations are left unsolved. If there is no live agent present, the ticket will be created and the response will be sent by email. Thus customers will be better treated and the support we’ll be more efficient! @ravi_sharma01 thank you! we have different types of AI Agents: conversational AI Agents that communicate with customers and vertical AI Agents that have niche responsibilities. When it comes to human hand off, there is 2 ways to do that. If AI doesn’t know the answer it will initiate human hand off automatically or person itself asks for human help.
